Compensation & Earnings Potential Guaranteed First-Year Compensation:
$41,200
  • $31,200 annual base salary
  • $10,000 retention bonus paid quarterly ($2,500 every 90 days during Year 1)
  • Plus commissions, performance bonuses, and SPIFF incentives Typical Earnings
  • $50,000-$60,000: Average first-year earnings
  • $65,000-$70,000+: High performers in Year 1
  • $100,000+: Top producers by Year 2 Year 2 Compensation
  • $25,000 annual base salary (by this time, this is your snacks & drinks money)

  • Develop new dealer relationships through outbound prospecting
  • Grow existing customer accounts
  • Make 80-100 outbound calls per day
  • Identify customer needs and provide solutions
  • Build trust and long-term partnerships
  • Process orders accurately and efficiently
  • Stay current on products, promotions, pricing, and industry trends
