K-State Athletics is seeking qualified applicants for a Ticket Sales Executive, which is a full-time, hourly, benefits-eligible position. An example of job duties includes but are not limited to:
- Sell new season tickets, group tickets, and mini plans for K-State's six ticketed sports
- Develop prospects through cold calling, emails and networking
- Involved in revenue generating activities, from lead generation through closing a sale
- Meet or exceed a minimum of 100 touchpoints per day consisting of phone calls and emails
- Work different events to support K-State Athletics sales efforts
- Handle incoming calls from sales prospects
- Provide excellent customer service to generate new revenue and increasing renewed revenue
- Track sales data in CRM system and processing sales payments along with department policy
- Must be able to work evenings and weekends as required
