Job Title:

Entry Level Account Executive Duties:

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the agency
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales goals and targets
• Recruit, train, and supervise a team of insurance agents
• Provide guidance and support to agents in their sales efforts
• Analyze market trends and competition to identify opportunities for growth
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to agents
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and company policies
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve customer service
• Maintain accurate records of sales, policies, and customer interactions

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in insurance sales or retail sales
• Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and identify opportunities
• Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead and motivate a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Must have reliable transportation, computer and phone
