- Account Executive Arkansas | Louisiana | Mississippi Position Overview Interblock is seeking a customer-driven Account Executive for our Sales team covering Arkansas, Louisiana and Mississippi territories.
Candidates must reside within the assigned territory (AK, LA, MS) at the time of hire. Relocation to the territory is required prior to the start date. Establish consultative relationships with all customers and prospects across Arkansas, Louisiana and Mississippi. Be responsible for typically 30 customers. Meet with 10 to 15 customers and prospects per week with the intent of increasing Interblock's footprint within an existing customer OR working toward a mutually beneficial partnership to deploy our solutions where we have accounts that do not have Interblock products currently. Frequently travel territory, calling on at least nine customers and prospects in your territory per week. Intimately understand the Interblock product offering and what differentiates our solutions from the rest of the market. Travel Expectations This role requires 75-80% travel , including driving, flying, and overnight hotel stays. Candidates should expect regular multi-day trips throughout the four-state territory. Occasional evening and weekend availability is required for conferences, trade shows, and customer events. Candidates who are not comfortable with this level of travel are encouraged not to apply. Responsibilities Work to resolve customer issues for existing or new business opportunities, including working with the customer and the Interblock service organization to make the necessary adjustments to maximize value and ensure customer service satisfaction. Work with the Gaming Operations department to create CAD renderings of the customer's space with the desired Interblock products so the customer can see how the solution fits in their current environment. Craft deal terms that are within the pre-approved Interblock deal framework and will lead to a mutually beneficial and long-lasting partnership with customers. Generate new opportunities quarterly that lead to predictable, accurate forecasts that meet quarterly and annual performance expectations. Leverage CRM solutions to manage daily sales efforts, forecasts, and deals as a means of connecting and working with the other areas of the organization. Attend and work conferences and shows in your territory. Prepare professional presentations for sales calls using Interblock's marketing materials. Forecast and order entry for Sales team. Participate in the development of price quotes. Provide assigned accounts with information regarding new or updated products and sales promotions. Formulate or amend sales contracts; maintain legal and financial compliance in accordance with company procedures and rules. Acquire and handle necessary data through CRM system. Adhere to confidentiality rules and all other company policies, procedures, and rules as presented by Interblock Gaming. Other duties as assigned. Requirements 2-5 years of outside sales experience required — candidates without direct sales experience will not be considered. Gaming industry experience is a strong plus. Demonstrated experience managing a multi-state or large geographic territory , including regular travel across multiple regions, is required. Must reside within the assigned territory (AK, LA, MS). College degree preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Detail-oriented and highly skilled in dealing with casino operators. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong organization and analytical skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet assigned deadlines. Ability to comply with company policies and operating procedure manual.
