Job Summary To Apply for this Job Click Here We are a small, family-owned insurance agency seeking a motivated and professional Commercial Insurance Account Executive to join our team. We pride ourselves on a friendly, supportive, family-feel work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain positive working relationships with commercial insurance clients Communicate with clients in a friendly, professional manner while addressing questions and concerns Provide information and guidance on commercial lines insurance products and services Handle "soup-to-nuts" commercial lines account management, including day-to-day servicing of assigned accounts Quote both new and renewal commercial insurance business Submit applications for new policies and bind coverage Market, quote, and rate new business and renewal accounts Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in AMS360 Prepare certificates of insurance, client correspondence, and related documentation
Knowledge & Skills Desired:
Active P&C License Required Strong customer service focus with a high level of professionalism Experience in Commercial Lines Insurance required (Ideally 10 years) Excellent computer skills; experience with AMS360 required Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
