UKG is seeking a highly motivated Enterprise Account Executive, who will be responsible for net-new logo sales in our S& D business segment. While each AE owns a few upsell accounts, this is a true Hunter role. If you are a highly successful HRMS/Payroll salesperson and have followed the growing success of our company, then you know that we rarely have an opening in our sales ranks. Why? Because we hire only the best HRMS/Payroll Reps and arm them with the best products, support personnel, and tools to ensure long-term success with us. About You:
Requirements:
  • 5-7+ years proven success selling cloud/SaaS solutions to C level. HRMS/Payroll experience a strong plus.
  • Consistently exceed a $2 Million+ quota
  • 3+ years selling complex deals over $800K in ARR
  • Demonstrated experience building a territory and pipeline from scratch
  • Consistently execute a thoughtful, strategic sales process including internal business partners and executive engagement.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Proven ability to develop and execute a disciplined territory plan to achieve sales targets.
  • Demonstrated success in building a robust sales pipeline from the ground up in a competitive market.
  • Strategic account planning experience with a demonstrated history of acquiring and closing net-new logos.
  • Expertise in penetrating new markets and accounts by leveraging a value-based and data-driven sales approach.
