We are looking for a high-caliber Sales Executive to drive our ground-up design-build division, focusing on projects in the $1M to $10M range. The Role You will be the face of our company, guiding clients from a blank lot to a finished masterpiece. You'll leverage our four decades of expertise to provide consultative solutions that balance aesthetic vision with functional value.

What You'll Do Drive Growth:

Identify and secure ground-up commercial contracts between $1M and $10M.

Technical Consultation:

Expertise in Post-Frame, PEMB (Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings), and Pre-Cast construction is essential to help clients choose the right structural path.

Collaborative Design-Build:

Lead the pre-construction phase by aligning our design and estimating teams with the client's budget and goals.

Brand Ambassador:

Represent a brand known for 40 years of excellence, ensuring every lead receives the "quality and value" experience we are famous for.

What You Bring Proven Success:

A track record of closing ground-up commercial projects ($1M-$10M+).

Structural Fluency:

Deep knowledge of Post-Frame, PEMB, and Pre-Cast systems. You can talk shop with both an engineer and a business owner. The "Design-Build"

Mindset:

You understand that selling a process is just as important as selling a building.
