They work closely with physicians and specialty clinics to improve access to infusion treatments while emphasizing patient support, safety, and continuity of care.
Salary:
$110,000-$150,000 base salary, with On-Target Earnings (OTE) of $200,000-$250,000. Top performers have strong potential to earn $300,000+ annually through the company's uncapped commission structure. Benefits include Health, Dental, Vision, PTO, vehicle allowance, laptop, and phone.
Job Summary:
The Account Executive will be responsible for driving new business growth and managing relationships with specialty healthcare providers throughout the assigned territory. This individual will promote our client's infusion therapy services to GI, Neurology, Dermatology, Immunology, Rheumatology, and other specialty clinics while serving as a trusted resource for referral partners and healthcare decision-makers.
Job Responsibilities:
Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities within specialty physician practices and clinics. Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, practice administrators, referral coordinators, and other key stakeholders. Promote our client's infusion therapy services through consultative sales presentations and tailored solutions. Develop and execute territory growth strategies to meet and exceed sales goals. Maintain current knowledge of infusion therapy services, reimbursement trends, industry developments, and competitor offerings. Collaborate with internal clinical and operational teams to ensure a seamless client experience. Gather and communicate customer feedback to support service improvements and business growth initiatives. Track sales activities, manage pipeline opportunities, and provide accurate forecasts through CRM systems. Attend industry events, networking opportunities, and client meetings throughout the territory. Stay informed on developments within GI, Neurology, Dermatology, Immunology, and Rheumatology specialties.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Management, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of healthcare sales experience, preferably selling into specialty clinics such as GI, Neurology, Dermatology, Immunology, or Rheumatology practices. Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas and business development goals. Strong relationship-building, presentation, negotiation, and communication skills. Experience utilizing CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work independently while managing a territory-based sales role. Willingness to travel regularly throughout the assigned market. Knowledge of infusion therapy, specialty pharmaceuticals, or healthcare services is highly preferred.
