MedTrainer is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to help drive new business growth within the healthcare market. This individual will be responsible for prospecting, managing the full sales cycle, and closing new business opportunities with healthcare organizations. The ideal candidate is a strong hunter with experience in SaaS sales, healthcare technology, or complex B2B sales environments. This role requires someone who is comfortable engaging executive-level stakeholders, building relationships, and navigating complex sales cycles. Key Responsibilities Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, and strategic outreach Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through close Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for prospective clients Build and maintain relationships with healthcare executives and decision-makers Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, customer success, implementation, and leadership teams Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and activity tracking within CRM systems Develop territory and account strategies to maximize growth opportunities Understand customer pain points and position MedTrainer's solutions effectively Negotiate contracts and pricing discussions with prospective clients Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas and performance metrics Stay current on healthcare industry trends, compliance changes, and competitive landscape
Qualifications Required:
3+ years of B2B sales experience Proven experience managing a full sales cycle Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding quota Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Ability to build relationships with executive-level stakeholders Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Preferred:
SaaS sales experience Healthcare or healthcare technology experience Experience selling into hospitals, healthcare systems, ambulatory care, or provider organizations Experience with outbound prospecting and pipeline generation Familiarity with MEDDPICC, Challenger, or consultative sales methodologies At MedTrainer, every role contributes to building technology that supports safer, more efficient healthcare organizations.
