Information Technology Full Job Description Job Summary:
- We are seeking a motivated and results-driven IT Sales Person to join our dynamic sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets for our IT products and services.
Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Business Development:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Present and demonstrate IT products and services to potential clients.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and presentations. 2.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any issues or concerns promptly. 3.
Market Analysis:
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Provide feedback and insights to the sales and marketing teams to enhance product offerings and sales strategies. 4.
Sales Administration:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and sales pipeline in the CRM system.
- Prepare regular sales reports for management review.
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure a smooth sales process and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Proven experience in IT sales or a similar sales role.
- Strong understanding of IT products and services, including software, hardware, and networking solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in B2B sales.
- Knowledge of the latest IT industry trends and technologies.
- Certification in sales or IT-related fields.
