Job Summary RD Industries is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to grow our business across North America. This role combines managing existing customer accounts with actively pursuing new business opportunities. You will build strong relationships, identify customer needs, and present solutions that deliver real value. This is a fast-paced, high-impact role for someone who enjoys hunting for new business while growing long-term partnerships. What You'll Do Develop new business through outreach, networking, and industry events Manage and grow existing customer accounts Identify customer needs and recommend tailored solutions Present and demonstrate products to key decision-makers Create proposals, pricing, and business cases Negotiate contracts and close deals Work closely with engineering, production, and marketing teams Maintain accurate sales forecasts and CRM records Attend trade shows and visit customer sites (up to 15% travel) What We're Looking For Proven success in B2B sales, especially in manufacturing or technical products Strong prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills Ability to explain technical products in a clear, simple way Self-driven, organized, and goal-oriented Strong communication and relationship-building skills Experience using CRM systems and managing pipelines Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related field (preferred) 5-10 years of B2B sales experience Experience in industrial, chemical, packaging, or related industries preferred Track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals Work Environment Office and manufacturing setting Travel up to 15% within North America Safety equipment required when entering production areas Why Join RD Industries?
