Account Executive - SaaS & Business Solutions Sales Formax | Southeastern NH & Northshore MA | Full-Time | In-Person Solution Selling That Actually Impacts Businesses At Formax, we help organizations with their communications, workflows, improvements to security, and modernizing the way they operate. From financial institutions and healthcare providers to insurance companies and enterprise organizations, our technology solutions support some of the most important customer interactions businesses have every day. We are growing — and we're looking for a motivated, technology-driven Account Executive to help expand our presence across Southeastern New Hampshire and the Northshore Massachusetts market. This is not just a transactional sales role. This is a consultative, relationship-focused position centered heavily around SaaS solutions, recurring revenue services, workflow automation, and business technology platforms. Many products, a ton of current customers, and massive potential to grab more market share. If you enjoy helping businesses solve operational challenges through software and technology, while building long-term client relationships, this role offers significant earning potential and career growth. What You'll Do As an Account Manager, you will work directly with businesses to identify operational inefficiencies and introduce solutions that improve productivity, compliance, customer communications, and workflow automation.
You will be responsible for:
Prospecting and developing new business opportunities Managing and growing an active sales pipeline Selling software, SaaS subscriptions, automation platforms, Mailing Hardware Solutions, and professional services Conducting consultative discovery conversations with decision makers Building long-term customer relationships through strategic account management Leveraging digital outreach, social media, CRM tools, and traditional prospecting techniques Collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored business solutions Staying current on emerging SaaS technologies This role combines technology sales, relationship management, and business consulting into a highly rewarding career path. What We're Looking For We are seeking someone who is competitive, self-driven, honest, and eager to grow within a fast-moving technology-focused environment. Preferred Qualifications 3 years minimum of sales experience Experience selling SaaS, software, technology, or business solutions is highly preferred. Hardware background is a plus Strong communication and relationship-building skills Comfortable discussing business workflows and operational challenges Ability to work independently while being a great teammate Strong organizational and follow-up skills Prospecting and lead generation experience preferred Industry experience is helpful but not required.
