$75k + A well-established fashion company is looking for an enthusiastic Sales Support Coordinator/Junior Account Executive to become a vital part of their expanding team. In this fast-paced environment you will support the Vice President of Sales with managing major accounts including Walmart. Responsibilities:
Support the Vice President of Sales with multiple accounts including Walmart and Sam's Club Responsible for answering all e-mails, collaborating with production and logistics. Create, maintain, and update the sales team Run sales reports and track best seller styles when needed Create buyer showroom appointment recaps, picture packages, etc. Review & verify that all details on buyer order sheets are accurate Responsible to send and follow up on delivery for all packages sent for accounts
Qualifications:
3 years of Sales Support/Production Associate experience Highly organized with accuracy and attention to detail Knowledge of the Walmart systems Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and PLM
