As an Account Executive, Field & Inside Sales at Rapid Response, you will play a dual role: building new business opportunities in the New England market from our Syracuse headquarters while also traveling approximately 30% of the time to manage and grow the New York State market (excluding NYC). You will collaborate closely with the Account Manager, generating leads, building relationships, and representing our industry-leading brand to prospective customers. This role is ideal for a personable, detail-oriented, and collaborative professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. No direct sales experience is required

$24.00 - 28.00 Hours
Monday - Friday: 8:00am
- 5:00pm Responsibilities Travel approximately 30% of the time throughout New York State (excluding NYC) to meet with prospects, manage relationships, and expand the customer base.
Build and develop new business opportunities in the New England market from our Syracuse headquarters.
Collaborate with the Account Manager to prospect new business opportunities within both territories.
Source new sales opportunities through outbound calls, emails, inbound lead follow-up, and appointment scheduling.
Perform lead generation and maintain accurate, timely records in the company's CRM system.
Cultivate relationships with potential clients while educating them on our brand and services.
Represent the company by leading sales presentations to prospective clients.
Schedule and prepare appointments for the Account Manager.
Provide responsive customer support, ensuring satisfaction and timely resolution of requests.
Maintain client accounts by conducting quarterly business calls.
Assist with closing deals and contribute to overall team growth and success.
Support the Sales and Marketing teams to ensure smooth operations across the sales process. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and present persuasively.
Confidence and professionalism in customer interactions.
Ability to balance multitasking with accuracy and attention to detail.
Strong organizational skills and reliability in managing a dynamic workload.
Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach. Qualifications No prior sales experience required

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong written and verbal communication skills with urgency and follow-through.
Strong team player with an understanding of confidentiality and proprietary information. Working Conditions Some work is performed in an office environment and various client locations for on-site sales visits. Travel to client sites, prospective client sites, events and tradeshows. Travel up to 30%. Employee may be subject to some lifting up to 25lbs. Equipment Used Operates standard office equipment with emphasis on PC/Microsoft Office Suite, Zoho CRM, and Company's Triangulum AI software. Responsible for the physical condition, maintenance and effective utilization of assigned company owned equipment including, but not limited to computer systems and peripherals, cellular telephone, demonstration kits, and vehicles assigned or rented by the Company for business use. Required to maintain daily mileage and maintenance logs for assigned/used vehicles as related to business use. What awaits you at Rapid Response Annual salary increases
