Job Description

Account Executive
  • B2B Sales Uncapped Commission | Protected Territory | High Growth Potential Prudential Overall Supply is hiring a driven Account Executive to grow new business within our Cleanroom Services division.
This is a hunter role focused on prospecting, closing, and building long-term B2B relationships in high-value, technical industries. If you are competitive, results-driven, and motivated by uncapped earnings , we want to hear from you. What You'll Do Prospect and develop new B2B accounts within your territory Sell solutions into industries like biotech, pharma, semiconductor, and manufacturing Conduct client meetings, presentations, and needs assessments Manage pipeline activity through cold calling, networking, and CRM tools Close new business and consistently hit sales targets What We're Looking For 3-5+ years of outside B2B sales (hunter role required) Proven success in new account acquisition Experience in one or more industries: biotech, pharma, medical device, semiconductor, aerospace, or manufacturing Strong prospecting, closing, and relationship-building skills Comfortable with cold calling and generating your own pipeline Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems Valid driver's license + ability to travel (up to 50%) Nice to Have Cleanroom, uniform rental, facility services, or industrial service sales experience Contract-based or recurring revenue sales experience Compensation Base salary + uncapped commission Bonus opportunities tied to performance High earning potential Why Work at Prudential Overall Supply?
