This role helps increase agency census while ensuring compliance with all healthcare regulations and company standards. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong referral source relationships within the community. Market home health services to physicians, hospitals, clinics, rehabilitation centers, and other healthcare providers. Conduct routine in-person visits, presentations, and follow-up communication with referral sources. Educate referral partners on agency services, admission criteria, and insurance/payor acceptance. Track referral activity and maintain accurate records in CRM or marketing logs. Collaborate with intake, clinical staff, and leadership to ensure smooth referral coordination. Identify opportunities for growth and develop strategic marketing plans. Attend community events, health fairs, and networking opportunities to promote the agency. Monitor market trends and competitor activity. Ensure compliance with HIPAA and all federal, state, and company policies. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred. Previous healthcare marketing, sales, or home health experience preferred. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and insurance guidelines preferred. Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required. Proficient in Microsoft Office and communication platforms. Skills and Abilities Excellent verbal and written communication. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Professional appearance and customer service skills. Ability to build trust and maintain long-term professional relationships.
