About the Role Account Executive - Financial Services & Banking At Bridgeway, we are seeking a dynamic and motivated Account Executive to join our team. This role is designed for a driven and ambitious individual looking to grow their career in sales and recruitment consulting.
What You'll Do Business Development:
Identify and engage companies with strategic hiring needs through outbound calls, emails, social outreach, and targeted research.
Pipeline Management:
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients/candidates, ensuring all activities and insights are accurately documented in the CRM.
Client Qualification:
Research organizations to understand their hiring challenges and determine where Bridgeway can provide value, partnering with leadership for smooth handoffs.
Candidate Sourcing:
Identify and engage high-caliber professionals through research, networking, and direct outreach.
Candidate Assessment:
Conduct initial conversations to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit aligned with client needs.
Interview & Process Coordination:
Manage interview logistics, prepare candidates, and support offer negotiation to ensure a seamless hiring experience.
Relationship Management:
Build strong, ongoing relationships with clients and placed candidates to support long-term partnership and residual business.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Self-motivated, with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. Ability to work independently while contributing to team goals. Familiarity with CRM software is a plus but not required.
