Account Executive - Screen Printing, Embroidery & Custom Apparel Sales | Same Day Tees About Same Day Tees Same Day Tees is a fast-growing custom decorated apparel company specializing in screen printing, embroidery, DTG (direct-to-garment) printing, and digital decoration. It's an exciting time for our business and we're looking for a driven Account Executive to help grow our customer base and take center stage in our continued success. What You'll Do Prospect and develop new B2B accounts across industries that buy custom apparel, branded merchandise, and promotional products (corporate, sports teams, schools, events, nonprofits, and more) Educate clients on our full range of decoration services — screen printing, embroidery, DTG/direct-to-garment printing, and digital decoration Own the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting to close — phone, email, and in-person Collaborate with our art, production, and fulfillment teams to ensure customer artwork, design specs, and order expectations are met Write accurate quotes using knowledge of garment decoration processes, ink types, stitch counts, and print methods Track all prospect interactions, pipeline stages, and call notes in our CRM Stay current on industry trends — attend trade shows (SGIA, ISS, PPAI, etc.) and industry events Report activity and results to management regularly What We're Looking For 1-3 years of outbound B2B sales experience (required) Experience in or familiarity with decorated apparel, screen printing, embroidery, DTG printing, or promotional products is a plus Self-starter with strong intrinsic motivation and a relentless drive to succeed Ability to speak knowledgeably about garment decoration methods, substrates, and print/embroidery specifications Outstanding communication skills — face-to-face, phone, and email Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple orders and clients with minimal oversight Comfortable with CRM platforms and quoting tools (Deco Network, Shopworks, or similar) Thrives in a small business, entrepreneurial environment Coachable, accountable, and a true team player What's In It For You Attractive commission structure with real earning potential Flexible hybrid/remote work environment Health & dental insurance 401K with company matching Paid holidays & flexible time off Performance bonuses & commission Company lunches, team gatherings, and celebrations Fun, energetic workplace culture Why This Role Matters The Account Executive is the growth engine of Same Day Tees.
