We're looking for an Account Executive who thrives on momentum, communication, accountability, and building long-term partnerships. This is not a transactional sales role. We want someone who can guide clients with confidence, simplify complexity, protect margins, move quickly, and make clients feel like they're part of something special. What You'll Do As an Account Executive, you'll lead clients through the early stages of their signage journey while coordinating closely with design, estimating, project management, and operations.

You will:

Generate and manage qualified opportunities Lead discovery and sales calls Build trust and long-term client relationships Help clients align vision, budget, and expectations Coordinate surveys, concepts, and proposals Present proposals and close deals Collect signatures, deposits, and approvals Maintain accurate CRM documentation and pipeline updates Deliver organized handoffs to Project Management Communicate with urgency, clarity, and professionalism Keep projects and conversations moving forward You are the spark that sets the tone for the entire client experience.
