ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

Minimum of an undergraduate degree (Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts) in communications, journalism, or related field 1-2+ years fulltime PR/job-related experience in public relations, communications, marketing, journalism or related fields, with direct travel and lifestyle client background preferred Strong detail and organizational skills Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage projects effectively Excellent verbal communication skills Excellent writing skills, both technical and creative Strong news writing and reporting proficiency Good base of media contacts Demonstrable media pitching skills Solid understanding of social media and how to utilize it Sensitivity to deadlines Ability to anticipate needs and learn quickly Sensitive listening skills (from client, supervisor, and media) Results-oriented thinking, effective judgment, and ability to anticipate, spot, and fix problems Self-motivated and resourceful Ability to work both independently and collaboratively Computer proficiency and strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google programs; Cision, MuckRack and other PR programs a bonus Good sense of humor and a love for travel is a must!

Salary Range:

$55,000 - $58,000 MMGY Global provides a comprehensive PTO + benefits package that includes a hybrid telework policy.
