US West Coast- Remote About Autolus Autolus is a biopharmaceutical company, advancing innovative therapies at both clinical and commercial stages of development, focused on next-generation, programmed T cell therapies for the treatment of cancer.

- Preferred Experience Demonstrated record of successful CAR-T Oncology Account Management within academic and non-academic setting (P) Experienced leader with CAR T launch experience with 1 or more CAR T Products in the US (P) Proven history of leading cross-functional teams and cultivating B2B opportunities (P) Experienced in attaining customer insights and driving change in day-to-day operations (P) Ability to operate in an environment with little direction and produce exceptional results (P) Extensive overnight travel required (E ) Qualifications Master's or Bachelor's degree in relevant subject, plus breadth of experience Skills/Specialist knowledge Demonstrated record of successful account management in large accounts (direct or indirect line leadership experience) and strong brand differentiation skills Deep clinical expertise in haematology / oncology disease and understanding of treatment landscape (5•7 years of experience) Strong clinical understanding of cell therapy and ability to manage complex treatment logistics Ability to appropriately access and handle business information in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations and / or Autolus policies Autolus Leadership Behaviours (incorporating Core Competencies) Clarify direction and inspire; Using good judgement to set clear and compelling goals that show your team how their work contributes to our purpose and strategy Deliver goals and plans; Creating joint plans with your team to deliver your goals, holding yourself and others accountable for delivering quality results Work collaboratively; Cultivating a network of relationships across the organisation and building high performing teams based on mutual trust and respect Optimise potential; Creating a healthy, engaged and empowered working environment that invests in people and their development.
