In this role, you will help ensure a smooth and responsive client experience by managing day-to-day service needs, coordinating with insurance carriers, and building strong, long-term client relationships. We provide access to mentorship, training, resources, and professional development to support your success. We are looking for someone who brings initiative, a strong work ethic, and a genuine desire to grow as part of the Clifford & Bradford team. What You'll Be Doing Manage new and renewal insurance marketing, including gathering client information, working with carriers, reviewing options, negotiating terms, and preparing proposals and presentation materials. Review client coverage and provide recommendations for additional or improved protection when appropriate. Respond to client service requests and coordinate with insurance carriers to resolve questions and policy needs. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and policy information in the agency management system. Work closely with Producers and other members of the sales and service team to provide timely, accurate, and professional client service. Follow established agency procedures, service standards, and workflows. Maintain complete and accurate file documentation and support agency quality-control standards. Protect confidential client and agency information. Manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced insurance environment. Position Requirements Insurance industry experience required; experience may be in personal lines, commercial lines, or another area of insurance. Must maintain all insurance licenses required for the position in accordance with California Department of Insurance requirements. Associate degree required.
