Hailed as 'the gold standard of literacy software', our products are used in thousands of schools around the globe, supporting learners with dyslexia, learning difficulties, physical disabilities, and other special educational needs. The company was founded in 1993, operates in 23 countries, and has won 12 prestigious awards. They have recently moved to a SaaS model and are on a significant growth curve. The role You'll be the main point of contact for all customers within the agreed sales territory, with the primary aim of maintaining existing customer renewals and sourcing new business for the company. Day-to-day includes:
Achieving and exceeding sales targets using SPIN selling techniques, product demos, and meetings. Identifying and qualifying new prospects and managing the full sales cycle through to close. Building proactive relationships with existing accounts to drive renewals and spot new opportunities. Developing a contact strategy for key accounts across your territory. Preparing proposals, quotes, and sales documentation. Representing Crick Software at tradeshows and events, following up and converting resulting leads. Keeping accurate CRM records and feeding customer insights back to the marketing and curriculum teams. The package $50,000- 60,000 starting salary Commission $10k OTE 10 days holiday, rising to 23 days with length of service 6 paid sick days (also increasing with length of service) Medical Insurance included for employee Full-time in the office for the first two months, moving to a 3 days in-office / 2 days from home schedule after that Providing products that make a real difference to children's lives Great employee retention•lots of people have succeeded with the business for several years, and the highest-performing salesperson has been with the business for over 10 years A high-quality, in-depth induction programme•covering business communications, SPIN selling, product training, online demonstrations, and coaching from senior team members Company goal to become carbon neutral To be successful, you will.
