We are seeking an Employee Benefits Account Executive with 2 years of experience to join our remarkable team of friendly, talented and inspiring people, where you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our valued clients. The Position The Employee Benefits Account Executive will serve as the primary lead for clients on issues pertaining to strategy and management of their health and welfare benefit plans. This position requires a thorough knowledge of insurance products available through the agency and for maintaining an assigned book of business, as well as being responsible for customer retention and customer satisfaction. Responsible for assembling the resources and working directly with the client and in conjunction with producers on complex and technical issues and to plan marketing and placement initiatives. Skills & Competencies

• Must possess excellent written & oral communication skills
• Essential to be able to work both independently and within a team environment
• Service-oriented and able to advocate on behalf of the client
• Proficient in Microsoft and the ability to learn new industry specific software, as needed. Education & Experience
• College degree or equivalent job-related experience
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in employee benefits industry
