Long-term, that path is real and on the table, all the way up to consultant-level roles as we continue to scale this company. Where you end up is a function of what you build. The Role This is a true closing role, not just appointment setting. You will prospect, yes, and there's real hunting involved. But you also own the deal all the way to the close and the commission that comes with it. You are not handing warm leads to someone else to cash in on. You start the conversation, you carry it, and you close it. You'll be given leads to work, and that lead flow grows as we expand, moving from mostly outbound today toward a stronger inbound engine over time. Early on, you hunt. As we scale, more pipeline comes to you. You won't just be selling a product. You'll be the first conversation a business owner has on their way to taking control of their company. You close deals that actually change people's lives, and you get paid like it matters, because it does. What You'll Do Work and manage leads with speed and efficiency, because responsiveness wins deals and slow follow-up loses them Prospect, build your own pipeline, and then close it Guide business owners through the sales process to a decision that moves them forward Keep everything organized and current in our CRM As the team grows, help build it, and get paid more for doing so (see below) What You'll Make Let's talk numbers, because if you're the kind of person we want, that's what you're already thinking about. This role is 100% commission at 40% . No cap. We're not going to dress that up or bury it. What you earn is a straight line from what you produce. Our ticket prices start at $6,000 and will only go up from there. At 40%, that's $2,400 in your pocket on a single deal. You are talking directly to the business own and so the sales cycle is faster. Close two a month while you're learning the ropes and you're already out-earning a lot of salaried jobs. Get good, close more, and the math gets very interesting very fast. There's no manager deciding your worth here. The market does, and the market pays closers. And it compounds. As you help us build the team, your commission grows with it. You earn on what you sell, and you earn more as you recruit and develop the reps who come in behind you. The first people through the door don't just close deals. They build something that pays them long after the call ends. If you want a paycheck to hide behind, this isn't it. If you've been telling yourself you're worth more than your last job paid you, and you're done waiting for permission to prove it, this is exactly it. Who We're Looking For You don't need a perfect résumé. You need to be able to communicate clearly and sell with conviction, and some sales experience helps. Past that, we care about who you are when the work gets hard: Integrity. You do right by the business owner and by us, every single time. The money follows trust, not the other way around. Knowledge. You learn the offer, the customer, and the craft of selling like your income depends on it, because it does. Enthusiasm. You bring energy into every conversation. People buy from people who believe. A desire to be the best. Not good. The best. You keep score and you want to win. Work ethic. You outwork the room, and you'd be embarrassed to be outworked. You should also be comfortable using a CRM, or quick enough to learn one and disciplined enough to keep your pipeline clean. Why This Is Worth It Picture the version of this that goes right.
