We are currently seeking a Freight Sales Executive to join our team in Lititz, Pennsylvania. Position Overview The Freight Sales Executive is responsible for developing new business opportunities while managing and growing existing customer relationships. This role focuses primarily on Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) transportation solutions , while also introducing customers to PNG Worldwide's broader logistics capabilities including truckload, international freight forwarding, and managed transportation services. This position is ideal for a motivated sales professional who enjoys building relationships, solving customer logistics challenges, and driving revenue growth. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience Experience in trucking operations, dispatch, freight brokerage, or supply chain logistics is strongly valued. Strong negotiation, communication, and closing skills Experience using CRM platforms and Microsoft Office tools Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the LTL transportation market Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with customer accounts Conduct consultative sales discussions to understand customer logistics needs Develop customized transportation solutions for clients Collaborate with internal operations and customer service teams to ensure service excellence Manage customer onboarding and implementation for new accounts Track sales activity and manage opportunities using CRM systems such as HubSpot Prepare proposals, pricing strategies, and customer presentations Meet or exceed quarterly sales and revenue targets
