Come join a leading global company specializing in offering engagement solutions to F500 firms. Their services range from employee engagement to customer loyalty, sales incentives, and channel partner programs. The company's mission is to assist businesses in motivating and engaging their employees, customers, and partners to drive better outcomes. Successful candidates will have a consistent work history - no more than 4 positions in the last decade. While this position is hybrid, it requires presence in the office at least 3 days a week. Applicants must reside in the greater San Jose, CA area, as the office is situated in San Jose. Key Responsibilities The Head of Corporate Growth is tasked with identifying potential accounts, creating an account entry strategy, carrying out prospecting campaigns, cultivating relationships, understanding customer's critical business strategies, and collaborating with subject matter experts to devise and implement solutions that align with the customer's business goals. Requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience Minimum of 10 years of direct B2B sales experience targeting Fortune 1000 companies Demonstrated success in new business development within the realm of professional services sales Experience in high-volume sales (sales exceeding $250k) Familiarity with various sales cycles (ranging from three to six to twelve months) A track record of career stability, with a maximum of 4 positions held in the last ten years Compensation heavily reliant on commissions and performance bonuses Proven ability to increase revenue through lead generation Compensation Package The salary is uncapped and depends on individual performance. The base salary starts at $140K per year, with additional commission and bonuses tied to fiscal year revenue production and profitability.
