What You'll Do Meet with 8-12 pre-set, qualified homeowners weekly. Design and sell high-end kitchens and baths that transform homes. Work directly with homeowners to bring their dream remodels to life. Close high-ticket sales in kitchens, baths, roofing, windows, and siding. Exceed sales targets and establish yourself as a leader in home design. Who We're Looking For Proven sales professional with experience in kitchen, bath, or home remodeling sales. Track record of closing high-value deals and exceeding quotas. Strong design sense and customer-centric approach

• you understand how to create stunning spaces that fit homeowners' needs. Driven and self-motivated
• you thrive in a competitive environment and love the challenge of growing a new territory. Willing to travel locally
