Job Description
Sales Executive - Contract Manufacturing & Account Management US Pack, Inc. - Leominster, MA US Pack, Inc. is a leading manufacturer of automotive aftermarket, household, and industrial chemical products, providing custom private label and contract manufacturing solutions to customers worldwide. We are seeking a motivated, organized, and relationship-driven Sales Executive to grow our private label and contract manufacturing business while managing and expanding relationships with existing customers. The ideal candidate is a strong hunter and relationship manager who can develop new business, manage key accounts, close opportunities, and coordinate the successful onboarding of new projects. Responsibilities Develop new B2B private label and contract manufacturing opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and industry relationships. Manage and grow existing customer accounts, identifying opportunities for increased sales and new products. Build strong relationships with customers and key decision-makers. Manage the complete sales process from prospecting and proposals through negotiation, closing, and onboarding. Coordinate new customer and project onboarding with internal teams including operations, purchasing, quality, manufacturing, and R&D. Ensure customer requirements, timelines, specifications, and expectations are clearly communicated and executed. Maintain accurate sales pipelines, forecasts, and customer information. Identify customer needs and provide consultative, solution-oriented manufacturing options. Meet or exceed sales and revenue goals. Travel as needed for customer meetings, trade shows, and business development. Qualifications 3+ years of successful B2B sales and/or account management experience, preferably in contract manufacturing, private label, chemical, packaging, or related industries. Proven ability to develop new business and grow existing accounts. Strong negotiation, communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple customers and projects simultaneously. Strong problem-solving and follow-through skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software. Bachelor's degree preferred. Ability to travel as needed. Pay:
