About the Role As an Executive Salesperson, your primary focus will be to identify, connect with, and recruit select contractors to become part of NRC. You will play a key role in expanding our national network while supporting broader marketing and outreach efforts.

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team! In this energetic role, you will be at the forefront of driving business growth by engaging with potential clients, nurturing relationships, and recruiting partners across various channels. Your passion for technology sales, combined with exceptional communication skills, will empower you to identify customer needs and deliver tailored solutions that foster long-term partnerships. Duties Conduct outbound calls and warm calling campaigns to generate new business opportunities and expand existing client relationships Be comfortable with public speaking Engage in B2B sales by presenting product solutions, demonstrating value, and negotiating terms that benefit both the client and the company Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage customer interactions, and maintain accurate sales records Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted outreach strategies and promotional campaigns Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client requirements, addressing inquiries promptly, and ensuring customer satisfaction Conduct telemarketing efforts to qualify prospects, schedule meetings, and follow up on leads Develop business development strategies to identify new markets and increase sales pipeline efficiency Experience Proven experience in inside sales or technology sales, preferably in B2B environments Strong negotiation skills with a track record Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer data and sales activities Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written Experience in outbound calling, telemarketing, or warm calling techniques to generate leads and nurture prospects Customer service orientation with a proactive attitude towards building long-term relationships Join us if you're ready to energize your sales career!
