Cold Storage Warehousing Sales Executive P & B Cold Storage & North American Cold Storage Location:
Territory‑Based (Midwest Preferred)

Full‑Time About the Companies P & B Cold Storage and North American Cold Storage are leading providers of temperature‑controlled warehousing and logistics solutions serving food producers, food manufacturers, distributors, and retail supply chains across the Midwest and beyond. Both organizations are known for operational excellence, modern facilities, and a strong commitment to customer service. We are expanding our commercial team and seeking a driven, relationship‑focused Cold Storage Sales Executive to grow our customer base and strengthen our market presence. Position Overview The Sales Executive would be responsible for generating new business and expanding existing accounts for refrigerated and frozen warehousing services. This role focuses on identifying opportunities, building long‑term customer relationships, and developing customized cold‑chain solutions that meet the needs of food, beverage, and possibly pharmaceutical clients. Key Responsibilities Prospect, qualify, and secure new cold‑storage accounts within an assigned territory. Develop tailored warehousing and logistics solutions for customers with temperature‑controlled needs. Conduct on‑site visits, facility tours, and customer presentations. Negotiate pricing, terms, and service agreements in alignment with company guidelines. Maintain an active sales pipeline and update CRM records regularly. Collaborate closely with operations, customer service, and leadership to ensure seamless on-boarding and service delivery. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer demand to identify growth opportunities. Represent the companies at trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings. Qualifications Experience in cold storage , logistics , transportation , warehousing , is strongly preferred. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship‑building skills. Ability to understand temperature‑controlled handling requirements and regulatory considerations (HACCP, FDA, USDA, etc.). Self‑motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently in a field‑based role. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the lower 48 states. Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary with negotiated commissions . Mileage or company vehicle program (open for negotiation). Health, dental, and vision insurance. Retirement plan options.
