Our B2B Business Development Specialists have the opportunity to earn thousands in monthly bonuses on top of a solid base salary. This is a remote role that is primarily phone-based, so confidence and professionalism in phone conversations, Google Meet, and Zoom are essential.
What You'll Be Doing:
Engaging and converting warm inbound leads. Prospecting through cold outreach and social media engagement. Building relationships and driving new business opportunities. Assisting with inbound phone calls and providing a great first impression for prospects and members. Helping onboard new accounts and ensuring a smooth, positive customer experience from day one. What We're Looking For:
Our ideal Business Development Specialist is: Resilient and driven to win. Goal-oriented and client-focused. Naturally curious and eager to learn. Persistent and not afraid of hearing "no" Skilled in prospecting and cold calling A strong relationship builder. An excellent communicator (both written and verbal). Comfortable with technology and learning new tools.
Pay:
$55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
