Sponsorship Development Manager (Hybrid| Hourly + Commission | High-Upside Opportunity) Overview We are launching Idaho's first indoor sand park—a 12,000 sq ft immersive, family-focused sandbox centered on sensory play, enrichment, and community connection (plus a 14,000 sq ft event pop-up venue). Our space features massive indoor sandboxes, thoughtfully designed play environments, elevated café offerings, curated gifts, and a range of enriching experiences for families. We also host educational classes, caregiver workshops, community events, and special pop-ups that bring families together through play, learning, and connection. At Sandbox, play isn't just fun — it's a way for families to learn, grow, and bond year-round in a welcoming environment built around quality time and community The Role We're looking for a proactive, high-performing sales professional to help build our community of sponsors, long-term partnerships, and support for the experiences we offer. This is a serious income opportunity for someone who knows how to build relationships, think creatively, and close deals. Core Responsibilities Reach out to businesses and organizations who want to connect with families. Explore opportunities, listen to their needs, and co-create sponsorship packages. Guide deals from first conversation to signed agreement, including coordinating materials and ensuring promises are delivered. Track your work in simple tools we provide, while also growing your own pipeline. Build relationships that last, helping our community and our sponsors flourish together. Compensation & Earning Potential $10/hour base pay 15% commission on all deals closed 5% commission on all deal renewals $500 bonus after $10,000 in sponsorship revenue Potential earnings (30 hours/week): Early performance : $50,000 Sponsorship Revenue Closed → Commission + Hourly + Bonus $7,500 + $15,600 = $23,600 Strong first-year achievement: $100,000 Sponsorship Revenue Closed → Commission + Hourly + Bonus $15,000 + $15,600= $31,100 Exceptional performance: $250,000 Sponsorship Revenue Closed → Commission + Hourly + Bonus $37,500 + $15,600 = $53,600 Maximum upside potential: $700,000 Sponsorship Revenue Closed → Commission + Hourly + Bonus $105,000 + $15,600 = $121,100+ Work Structure Part-time (hours based on workload; can be flexible) Hybrid (some on-site presence required for sponsor site visits or in-person meet-ups) Permanent from the start Direct collaboration with ownership Opportunity to grow with expansion of business Why Sandbox We're a small, community-rooted business.
