Our platform connects dealers, retailers, collectors, and industry professionals through powerful tools for sourcing, inventory discovery, authentication support, valuation insights, and B2B/B2C networking. We are building the leading technology platform for the luxury collectibles ecosystem and are seeking ambitious sales professionals who thrive in a high-growth environment. Position Overview WatchFacts is seeking a driven Sales Executive to help expand our subscriber base across the luxury collectibles market. This role is responsible for both converting company-provided leads and generating new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, industry events, and relationship development. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who enjoys building relationships, managing a sales pipeline, and closing deals. Experience selling SaaS products, luxury goods, or dealer-focused solutions is highly preferred. Responsibilities Sales & Business Development Convert inbound and company-generated leads into paying subscribers. Prospect and develop new business opportunities through outbound outreach, referrals, networking, social media, and industry events. Build relationships with watch dealers, jewelry retailers, luxury resellers, collectors, concierge firms, and industry professionals. Conduct product demonstrations and communicate the value of the WatchFacts platform. Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through closing and onboarding. Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Pipeline Management Maintain accurate CRM records and sales activity reporting. Track opportunities, follow-ups, and sales performance metrics. Provide feedback on market trends, customer needs, and competitive offerings. Work closely with management to refine sales strategies and improve conversion rates. Brand & Industry Presence Represent WatchFacts at industry events, trade shows, dealer meetings, and networking functions. Help grow awareness of the WatchFacts platform throughout the luxury collectibles community. Qualifications Required 2+ years of sales experience with a demonstrated history of prospecting, closing, and achieving sales goals. Proven ability to generate new business and not solely rely on inbound leads. Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Experience managing a sales pipeline and CRM. Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented. Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment. Preferred Experience selling SaaS, subscription-based products, marketplaces, or technology solutions. Knowledge of luxury watches, jewelry, handbags, collectibles, or adjacent luxury markets. Existing relationships within the luxury goods industry. Experience attending trade shows and industry networking events. Location Open to candidates located in: Miami, Florida New York, New York A mandatory three-day onboarding and training program will be conducted at our Miami headquarters. Following training, remote flexibility may be available for high-performing team members who consistently meet sales goals and communication standards. Compensation On-Target Earnings (OTE) $100,000 - $150,000+ Compensation includes: Base salary
