Job Description The Sales Executive position pays a base wage of $7.25 per hour with production pay where the annual pay range (base wages + production pay) for Hilton Head Island Worksite in 2024 was between $22,333 and $695,867.

Qualifier:

must have worked in a sales position in the timeshare industry within the last three years for a minimum of one year. Start date MAy 4, 2026 Paid training: training pay $27.50/hr. Follow up on referrals/leads from Owners. Fulfill requests from Owners or prospects regarding pricing, property maps, property descriptions, room locations, and portfolio/network information. Contact Owners to monitor satisfaction, make them aware of upcoming promotions, and develop business opportunities (e.g., reloads, referrals). Develop and maintain records on customer contacts and use that information to support effective follow-up opportunities.

Available to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays. Position may require background and drug screening, in accordance with state and local requirements. The incumbent is required to maintain an active and in good standing professional Real Estate License where mandated by law. One-year related experience is preferred. Reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.
