Full-Time | Hybrid Flexibility Available A growing and well-established Employee Benefits organization is seeking an Employee Benefits Account Executive / Producer to join its team in Flower Mound, TX. This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys both client relationship management and business development. The role is approximately 60% account management/service and 40% sales , making it ideal for an employee benefits professional who wants to inherit and manage client relationships while also helping grow the business. What You'll Do Manage and retain an existing book of Employee Benefits clients Serve as a trusted advisor for small group benefits accounts Lead client renewals, benefit reviews, and ongoing account service Identify opportunities to expand coverage and introduce additional benefit solutions Develop new business opportunities through referrals, networking, and existing relationships Partner with internal team members to deliver exceptional client service Assist clients with medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and ancillary benefit programs Support open enrollment meetings and ongoing employee benefits education Maintain strong carrier relationships and stay informed on industry trends What We're Looking For Active Texas Life & Health Insurance License Employee Benefits experience in account management, account executive, producer, or broker roles Experience servicing small group employee benefits accounts Strong client relationship and communication skills Interest in both servicing clients and growing a book of business Ability to work independently while collaborating with a close-knit team Experience with Blue Cross Blue Shield products is highly preferred Why Consider This Opportunity?
