This role is responsible for developing and expanding relationships with national and regional customers involved in the construction, commissioning, and operation of mission critical facilities. The ideal candidate has experience selling labor-based construction services, specialty subcontracting solutions, commissioning support services, pre-operational cleaning, project staffing, or other technical field services into large-scale construction projects. What you'll work on: Develop and execute strategic account plans to grow revenue within target national accounts. Identify, qualify, and pursue project opportunities from pre-construction through facility turnover. Build relationships with decision-makers across ownership, construction, procurement, and operations teams. Lead the sales process including discovery, solution development, proposal preparation, contract negotiation, and account expansion. Track and influence upcoming capital projects, facility expansions, and construction programs. Partner with operations, estimating, and project management teams to develop customer-focused solutions. Maintain executive-level customer relationships and ensure successful transitions from sales to project execution. Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM reporting.
