We aren't looking for a branch manager who wants to punch a clock; we are looking for a local entrepreneur who knows the San Antonio electrical market and is ready to own a piece of what they build. You bring the field expertise and the local reputation; we bring a decade-plus of scaling experience and the full back-office engine to fuel your growth.
Market Responsibilities Territory Development:
Lead our expansion across San Antonio and surrounding Bexar County communities.
Sales & Estimating:
Drive high-level sales and project acquisition to establish our local footprint.
Team Building:
Recruit, vet, and lead a crew of San Antonio's top-tier electrical talent.
Operational Oversight:
Manage day-to-day field operations with a focus on high accountability and owner-level standards. Qualifications & Mindset Deep roots and professional experience in the Texas electrical industry. Proven track record of high-volume sales and customer relationship management. The desire to move from "employee" to "owner" with the support of an established firm.
