Job Description

As a Sales Executive, you will help community and public health organizations streamline their operational costs to focus on delivering affordable, accessible care. The role is an external market facing position, requiring regular interaction with existing clients and new client prospects to drive top-line growth. Reports To Chief Revenue Officer.

Commission Responsibilities:
Drive sales activities to meet or exceed growth objectives In this consultative role, sell revenue cycle services as well as SaaS productivity solutions to net new and existing customers in the Federally Qualified Health Center market. Engage senior and executive level client decision makers throughout the selling process, conduct demonstrations, and make in person presentations. Collaborate with the Revenue Cycle Solutions team on account strategies to ensure clients are well served and that growth opportunities are uncovered and successfully brought to resolution. Work effectively with the other company business units to share leads, contact information, and develop business. Maintain a robust pipeline; keep all opportunity and sales forecast information current in business tools. Complete administrative tasks necessary for proper forecast and business reviews. Work with business unit marketing resources to develop needed sales collateral in support of selling efforts.

Excellent organizational management skills, coupled with the ability to rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals Familiarity with Challenger Sales methodology and approach
Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree in business, or related field, is required. Minimum 5 years direct healthcare sales of revenue cycle products & services. Demonstrated success in exceeding goals through the direct generation of revenue.
