We have an exciting opportunity for an energetic and dynamic salesperson to help generate new business opportunities throughout the Chantilly area. As an Account Executive, you will focus on developing the customer base by selling repair services and service agreements for mechanical systems (HVAC, Plumbing, Building Automation, and Electrical) in Chantilly, VA.

  • 100K base salary + commission, car allowance, and gas card What you will do: Sell HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Building Automation, and Water Treatment solutions to commercial customers (B2B) Prospect new business through cold calling, networking, and outreach Expand market presence and pursue large-scale opportunities Build relationships with high-level decision-makers Spend the majority of time in the field with customers Close deals and drive business growth What we are looking for: Strong sales drive with willingness to prospect (cold calling, networking, presentations, closing) Competitive, ambitious, and highly motivated mindset Adaptable, persuasive, confident, and positive attitude Creative, tenacious, quick learner with high energy and entrepreneurial mindset Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems Ability to manage internal and external customer relationships and expectations Professional demeanor
