The Tidal Group (Ballast Benefits Enrollment team) is seeking a motivated Account Executive to join our growing employee benefits team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys networking, building relationships, and helping businesses improve their employee benefits programs. The successful candidate will work closely with local business owners, HR professionals, and decision-makers to identify needs, gather information, and connect clients with solutions provided by our team. Responsibilities Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, community involvement, and prospecting Build and maintain strong client relationships Schedule and attend business meetings Gather information needed for benefit evaluations and proposals Follow up with prospects and existing clients Work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver exceptional service Maintain accurate records and activity tracking Qualifications Strong communication and relationship-building skills Self-motivated and goal-oriented Customer service or sales experience preferred Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively Professional appearance and demeanor Willingness to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment
