Job Description

Full Job Description The Account Executive is responsible for developing and fostering strategic business relationships within their designated territory. The Account Executive performs market research and creates a sales plan for reaching their target demographic. This position also is responsible for communicating with project management, leadership, and industry partners to ensure quality service and accurate data related to job sources. Essential Job Functions Arrive at the office no later than 7:30 AM Monday through Friday Develop basic ongoing understanding of Restoration Technician level and Project Manager level job functions with ability to utilize gained knowledge when interacting with potential clients as appropriate Responsible for contributing and coordinating all sales and marketing aspects of the water, fire and mold restoration business as part of a team Optimize sales opportunities by creating strategic partnerships/relationships with Insurance Agents and Adjusters, Risk Managers, Property Managers, Facility Managers and other leads generating lines of business Reaches target goals on a quarterly basis set by leadership Foster existing business relationships and create opportunities with new clients Demonstrate, uphold, and maintain the highest level of integrity at all times Engages in high-level customer service by making oneself readily available to clients Analyzes and creates a plan for engaging the target market Use time management skills effectively to achieve department goals Attend all department and company meetings as well as ServiceMaster training seminars and workshops as required Participates in targeted groups and significant committees Assist with other duties and responsibilities as requested by the Director of Sales Follow all company policies and practices outlined in the employee handbook, including corporate guidelines Skills/Qualifications Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel along with ability to learn additional industry specific software Knowledge of common social media platforms and their operational rules Strong written and verbal communication Minimum Requirements
  • High School diploma achieved. Associate degree in marketing, communication, business management or related field preferred. 1 year of relevant sales and/or marketing experience with 2-4 years preferred. Knowledge of or experience in the restoration industry is helpful.
  • Ability to effectively present information to individuals/groups and respond to questions from managers, clients, customers and the general public
  • Ability to be self-motivated and complete tasks with limited direction post training
