We currently have 20 offices in Wisconsin and do over 105 million yearly in revenue. We are looking to continue to grow in the Milwaukee/Waukesha/Washington/Racine and surrounding areas. We work with some of the most prestigious industrial clients in the state. Looking for someone with previous sales, recruiting and/or management experience in the staffing industry or someone with experience in industrial hiring. This will be a "hands on position" (sales development) position. Our salespeople work in a fast-paced environment and our compensated generously. (Salary+ commission). Should have excellent business to business sales experience, good computer skills, ability to multitask and believe in "doing things the right way"-makes a difference. Bi-lingual ability is huge bonus. Previous sales experience in staffing or a related industrial services field is ideal. Sales will develop new accounts in the surrounding areas. We primarily work in the industrial and clerical fields. We place candidates for direct hires, temp to hire and long-term projects. Will have a lot of communication with clients and must be able to communicate effectively using various methods. Must be a self-starter who wants unlimited earnings and enjoys daily challenges. We offer generous compensation plan, advancement opportunities and unlimited earning potential. You will not be micromanaged. This is NOT a remote position .
