The Territory Sales position will play a crucial role in representing the company as the primary point of contact, deal maker, and relationship builder. Sales Manager High-Level Responsibilities:

Create and implement a comprehensive sales plan to ensure customer satisfaction and drive growth. Maintain an accurate sales forecast, analyzing market conditions and territory changes to maximize productivity. Regularly communicate with current and prospective customers in your assigned territory, directing all sales activity. Collaborate with the sales team, support teams, and management to generate sales and provide superior customer service. Follow up on all leads and quotes, documenting outcomes for effective tracking. Develop and cultivate strong relationships with inside account management and purchasing personnel for your territory. Direct the flow of business from customer purchase orders to the delivery of finished goods. Work with VP and Account Management Team to maximize opportunities, create and close new sales and assure timely shipments to the customer base Perform all job-related duties efficiently and with integrity, reducing costs when possible. Complete accurate and honest expense forms in a timely fashion, adhering to company policy and values. Stay current with industry trends and seek answers when needed. Coordinate and supervise customer rejects and returns, ensuring accurate paperwork and timely responses. Collaborate with Accounts Receivable to ensure customer accounts are current and address any issues that may impact shipping. Use the company CRM to manage, track, and quote new and existing business

Expectations:

Position may be in-person or remote depending on business needs Normal office hours: 8AM to 5PM with 1 hour lunch break. Additional hours as needed Adhere to company procedures, values, and policies to accurately represent Superior Steel Supply to customers. Be willing to travel at least once a month or as required.

Qualifications:

1-4 years of sales experience Required sales experience with a proven record of success. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Working understanding of MS Office, Point, and use technology efficiently Strong organizational skills.
