We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry & Accounts Support Specialist to support our accounting operations in Mobile, AL. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys administrative work, data entry, and customer communication while gaining experience in a fast-paced office environment.

Responsibilities:

Open, process, and accurately enter check payment information Perform data entry and account record updates Contact customers regarding returned invoices and payment-related matters Assist with account cleanup and record maintenance Support accounting and administrative projects as needed Maintain accuracy and confidentiality of financial information

Qualifications:
