Job Summary:
The Internal Sales/ Key Account Manager will lead and coordinate the internal sales and project operations activities, ensuring excellent customer service, on-time project execution, data accuracy, and optimal team performance. This role bridges sales execution, project management, and customer satisfaction by aligning internal departments and external stakeholders around shared goals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Organization Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring customer orders, complaints, and documentation are processed accurately and efficiently. Assign, coordinate, and monitor tasks across the team to meet deadlines and customer expectations. 2. Sales Project Coordination Manage new and ongoing sales-related projects from concept through first delivery. Coordinate cross-functional teams including R D, Packaging, QA, Planning, and Purchasing. Ensure correct setup of master data and ERP accuracy for every new customer or project. Maintain an up-to-date overview of all current projects and associated deadlines. 3. Customer Management Serve as the escalation point for complex or high-impact customer matters. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and issue resolution. Monitor and report on service level performance and customer feedback. 4. Data & Systems Accuracy Oversee ERP data accuracy (pricing, forecasts, customer information, product specs). Responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of customer portals to include but not limited to product catalog maintenance, new product submission, and coordination of packaging submission Ensure proper documentation is prepared for legal, export, and compliance purposes. Validate incoming invoices and pricing adherence as well as deduction 5. Process & Performance Improvement Implement and enhance procedures to optimize internal sales operations. Initiate and lead continuous improvement projects aimed at service and efficiency gains.
