What You'll Do:
Drive new business production across auto, home, life, and health lines Work inbound leads, referrals, and self-generated prospects to build your pipeline Quote, present, and close — in person, on the phone, and via digital channels Conduct policy reviews with existing clients to identify coverage gaps Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly production goals Build relationships in the Birmingham community that generate long-term referral business Collaborate with the service team to ensure seamless client handoffsWhat We're Looking For:
Active Alabama Property & Casualty license — required, non-negotiable Active Life & Health license — required, non-negotiable Proven sales track record — insurance, financial services, or high-ticket B2C Hunger.
