About the Role We are seeking a Sales Manager (Player-Coach) to lead B2B sales efforts in the Jonesboro / Northeast Arkansas market . This is a high-impact, quota-carrying leadership role, combining: Direct new business development Territory management Coaching and mentoring a small sales team You ll play a critical role in driving revenue, developing talent, and expanding Datamax s presence in the region. Responsibilities Sales & Business Development Drive new business development within assigned territory Sell office technology solutions including: Copiers & printers Document management Network management VoIP & unified communications Build strong relationships with business clients Identify opportunities and deliver customized solutions Leadership (Player-Coach) Manage and mentor a team of up to 2 sales representatives Support team development, performance, and goal achievement Lead by example through personal production and accountability Account Growth & Customer Success Maintain and grow existing accounts Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction Partner with internal teams to deliver results Qualifications 3+ years of B2B outside sales experience 1+ year of sales leadership or team management experience preferred Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Ability to independently manage a sales territory Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) Valid driver s license and willingness to travel locally What We Offer Base salary + commission + bonus potential (uncapped commission) Comprehensive sales training and professional development Access to CRM with pre-identified target accounts Support from technical, leadership, and peer teams Administrative support for proposals and order coordination Professional, collaborative work environment Clear career growth and advancement opportunities
Compensation & Benefits Base Salary:
