Job Purpose & Scope Responsible for ensuring new and revised deposit accounts adhere to bank policy and regulatory requirements. Essential Job Functions Processes and verifies new and revised deposit accounts, according to bank policy, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Identifies and documents exceptions to bank policy, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Processes departmental reports. Evaluates processing issues for resolution and/or escalation. Preforms all other duties as assigned. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures Ability to demonstrate excellent customer service skills Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing Ability to work under general supervision Ability to work effectively with repeated interruptions and frequent changes Ability to work extended hours if necessary Skill in using computer and Microsoft Office products, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Basic Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent required. Minimum of one (1) year of experience using computers, required. Job Expectations Operate customary equipment and technology used in a business environment, with or without accommodation.
