Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Key Account Manager to support one of their water treatment customers in the Little Rock, Arkansas region. This role is responsible for managing technical programs, optimizing system performance, and driving commercial growth across a diverse base of industrial customers. The candidate will serve as the primary technical advisor and relationship manager, ensuring program excellence in cooling, boiler, Influent, and wastewater treatment systems while delivering strong value to customers and expanding Solenis' presence in the region. Experience supporting water treatment programs within a manufacturing environment. Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Environmental Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field (equivalent experience considered) Recovery boiler experience (required).
Strong working knowledge of:
Boiler water treatment Recovery boilers Cooling towers Influent treatment systems Effluent treatment systems Experience reviewing process conditions, operational data, and performance trends to identify issues and optimization opportunities. Experience troubleshooting treatment program performance, feed systems, pumps, and chemical delivery systems. Proven customer-facing experience, including leading meetings, presenting findings, and managing stakeholder relationships. Strong account management and relationship-building skills. Ability to work independently and proactively identify issues before they become customer problems. Direct pulp and paper industry experience (preferred) Experience supporting industrial customers in Arkansas, the Mid‑South, or surrounding regions Background working with manufacturing plants, utilities, chemical operations, or food/beverage facilities Familiarity with customer safety programs and industrial work environments
